Full apartment renovation

We had the pleasure of working with two clients who initially approached us with a bathroom renovation project. From the very beginning, they had a clear vision and a well-defined idea of how their new bathroom should look. Our role was to bring this concept to life while ensuring that all elements were technically sound and professionally executed.

The centerpiece of the bathroom is formed by elegant, small green tiles that give the space a distinctive character while also creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Despite its compact size, the bathroom feels both cozy and highly functional.

The clients were so satisfied with the outcome that they entrusted us with further work throughout the entire apartment. As part of the renovation of walls and ceilings, all surfaces were carefully sanded to remove layers of old paint and to repair any imperfections such as cracks and holes. For the final finish, we selected a high-quality white silicate paint with a satin sheen, resulting in smooth, flawless surfaces with a clean and refined appearance.

During the process, we also eliminated mold and moisture damage caused by a previous water leak.

Another key element of the project was the transformation of a former storage room into a fully functional laundry area. This involved installing new electrical and plumbing systems, as well as applying a hydrophobic waterproofing layer to both floors and walls to protect the space from potential water damage. The room was then fully finished with tiles.

Finally, we restored and refinished the wooden floors across two levels of the apartment. After thorough sanding, the floors were treated with a rich, dark walnut finish, adding warmth and elegance to the interior.

We believe the final result combines both aesthetic appeal and practicality, and we are proud of the outcome achieved in this project.
