Bathroom renovation

We hired Renovario for a full renovation of our Altbau apartment in Berlin and we are extremely satisfied with the result. Damian and Kuba managed the entire project very professionally from start to finish. They installed new floors, prepared and painted the walls and completely renovated the bathroom. Communication during the whole renovation process was excellent and we were always updated about the progress. The team worked very cleanly and left the apartment tidy every day. The project was also finished on schedule, which is not always easy with an Altbau renovation in Berlin. Pricing was also very fair. We highly recommend Renovario.

They did an excellent job renovating my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, communication was smooth, clear, and fast. They were always available to answer questions and kept me updated throughout the project. They proposed smart and practical solutions even for a small space and everything was completed with great care and precision. After our first attempt at a renovation ended in total disaster, we were really hesitant to try again - but we were so lucky to find Renovario. The first project we hired them for was a bathroom refresh, as the tiles in our existing bathroom were literally falling off the wall and the sink wasn't functioning. The total renovation took three weeks and every promised deadline was met. Damian was excellent to correspond with (all in English) and listened to our wishes while challenging some of our ideas if he knew that it would cause more difficulties or maintenance long-term (for example, opting for a lighter grey floor tile rather than white). Kuba's technical expertise ensured the project ran smoothly. Everyone else from their team was respectful and took great care of the rest of our apartment. They constantly helped us make the right decision for us, even when they could've talked us into spending more. For example, they put in the extra effort to track and source where the original faucet and shower came from so that we didn't have to rip open the wall and replace the mixer. Having that peace of mind and not having to second-guess every decision or worry about being scammed was such a relief. We've since hired them for several more projects, including sanding our wood floors, installing base boards, and repairing/sanding/repainting our walls. They even helped finish some small unrelated tasks that we were having difficulties doing ourselves (like capping loose wires in wall or leveling our new kitchen countertops). All of these have been completed with the same level of quality as the first. Renovario has done so much to give our Altbau new life and we will absolutely be calling Damian and Kuba every time we have a new project going forward.

Die Jungs waren pünktlich, ordentlich und haben sauber gearbeitet. Auch bei kleinen Änderungen zwischendurch gab es keine Diskussionen. Einfach super Service. So stellt man sich das vor.
